A replica of an early Viking Age trefoil brooch found in Norway, Birka and Uppäkara, Sweden. The Vikings copied the style from Carolingian sword belt fittings when they sacked Paris in 845 AD. It‘s made of solid, high-quality jeweler’s brass that’s non-toxic and easy to polish. The large-gauge steel back pin is hand-forged and ideal for securing woven or knit fabrics, sweaters, cloaks and shawls.
